Emlyn and Wendy designed an
interesting route
with navigation and clues that were neither too easy nor too difficult.
That, coupled with the fine weather, meant that the few of us who took
part had a most enjoyable morning. This was capped by lunch in the
sunshine at the Pigeons with lots of good humoured banter.
Brian and Shirley Rodgers took longer than
anyone else
to complete the course but that didn't translate into a good score. The
worthy winners were David and Wendy Gough who got a bottle of wine,
ShACC Prize Mugs and hold the ShACC Treasure Chest trophy for a year.
They also have the honour of organising next year's event when we hope
more of you can be persuaded to join in - it doesn't hurt and is great
fun.
