It is ages since we had a run to the Welsh coast
which was put right when we went to Aberdyfi on 23rd June. The start was
a little unusual in that we met at the Bradford Arms in Knockin where
they provided bacon baps to fortify us for the journey.
In true ShACC fashion the 15 cars that started (2 not from the planned
start point) got well separated until we all found a parking space
without difficulty on the front in Aberdyfi.
We concluded that Welsh roads are not what they were in that the
journey was relatively slow due to the amount of traffic, so that we
were stuck behind camper vans for long periods. Well, it was June, be
grateful there were no parking problems.
