This run started and finished at Montford Bridge
and went past Loton Park, then through Guilsfield, Llansantffraid and
Llynclys. Again blessed with good weather, in fact shade welcomed for
lunch. The Montford site is an excellent picnic venue but on this
occasion there was a slight snag of the cafe being shut.
