With lockdown restrictions a little relaxed we
had our first picnic of the year, making a return visit to Kevin and
Karen Walker's House. To avoid unnecessary gathering, members found
their own route to arrive around 12.30 to 1.00. Unfortunately, our
choice of day was none too good with the weather being rather chilly
with intermittent rain—definitely not 1st May weather. Nevertheless, people bravd the rain, and we managed to
arrange tables with suitable distancing in Kevin and Karen's large open
front barn to enjoy our lunch. Despite the weather it was very
enjoyable and everyone was pleased to get out and see other people.
