The rain did its best to
ruin the evening but it lost really as 23 people braved the wet.
I think there were 12 cars but nobody spent much time looking at them
in the downpour.
Moor Farm treated us very well, they opened the
cafe and offered a much extended menu from the burgers and hot dogs
originally planned. In fact, it was so snug and comfortable that we had
to persuade ourselves to leave them in peace.
Despite the rain,
Dan Roberts from Moor Farm did the judging with Malcolm Rush’s
immaculate Reliant Kitten and Ian Webb’s MGA getting his choice and
going home with coveted Car of the Year mugs.
