Evening Run 26th April

Support for evening runs had fallen off in the last couple of years but a few people showed renewed enthusiasm and a small group gathered at the Nesscliffe services. The weather was a trifle dodgy but we got round a route via Montford Bridge, Baschurch, Hordley and Rednal back to the A5 and to the Pigeons before any rain appeared. It is a very pleasant way to start the meeting.

Evening Run 31st May

The fine weather brought a good turn out . We again met at the services from which it is convenient to start going south to Montford Bridge. Our route was then Baschurch, Cockshut, Ellesmere, St Martins, Gobowen and Whittington before rejoinig the A5. Not everybopdy kept to the route but we all had a most enjoyable time.

Evening Run 26th July

Bill and Chris Coles asked for a run so we very cleverly asked them to organise it - what a good idea, we must ask them again! A beautiful evening brought out more cars than we have ever seen on an evening run.
We met at Maesbury Village Hall and Meandered along the B4396 to Llynclys (difficult to cross the A483) to Llansanfraid, Guilsfield, Arddleen, Landrinio, Crew Green, Melverley, Pentre and back to The Pigeons.

Such a good run, definitely ask them again!
