You can see from the first picture why not very many people braved the run and nobody with an open car. Despite the ice and snow in the car park, the roads were actually not a problem and we enjoyed a very pleasant drive in a loop via Llanfechain to the Tontine for lunch. As the second picture shows, therre were rather more people who came to eat and the very convivial party didn't break up untill well after 3.00.
