The day of the BBQ on 6th June dawned wet, cold and miserable so it was decided to cancel the run and just make our own way to Tony and Marilyn`s at Eudon. George Tony spent the morning clearing and cleaning out his workshop/tractor shed, organising the indoor gas BBQ and setting out tables and chairs. It is wonderful how there is always a hardy band of members (however small) to support every event and so those of us who made it in our tin tops were delighted with the spread put on by our hosts - much more than we had expected, plus two large tarts from Chris Cole and Shirley Rodgers.
